A Case of Nasal NK T-Cell Lymphoma Presenting With Persistent Epiphora

چکیده

Nasal type natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NNKTL) is a rare and aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin originating from killer cell or γδ T infected by the Epstein-Barr virus. It usually invades aerodigestive tract can rapidly destroy paranasal sinus, hard palate, central nervous system. NNKTL often mistaken for benign conditions such as chronic hypertrophic rhinosinusitis mucosal inflammatory change, endoscopic findings presenting nasal hypertrophy are similar to these abovementioned conditions. Here, authors report diagnosis examination in 58-year-old male patient who visited our clinic cavity discomfort after he underwent dacryocystorhinostomy treat dacryocystitis.
